Back to Oz, Back to Priceline | Haul
After three years in Cambridge, I am back in Sydney!! Hello sunshine! It's good to be back but it feels so weird. I also haven't blogged in the longest time. I'm not quite sure if I'll continue it either. Anyway, I left all of my beauty things back in Cambridge with Masha and possibly half of the population of the town haha. So I needed so many things here. Here's a mini haul from Priceline!
Sukin Foaming Facial Cleanser
I missed this brand so much! I don't buy this brand due to it's 'natural' initiative but more so because their products don't irritate my skin. This cleanser comes in a pump bottle and comes out as a gel-like consistency. There's a little bit of lather once it's worked into the skin.
Sukin Rosehip Hydrating Day Cream
Even though I have oily skin, I feel like it's also dehydrated. I've used regular rose hip oil before but having it in the day cream will hopefully limit my need for an extra skincare product. I've only used it once but so far my skin feels soft and bouncy.
Sukin Rosehip Enriching Night Cream
The matching night cream from the range. It's not too thick so it absorbs quite quickly into the skin. I grabbed these products during the Priceline Big Brand sale so these were half price! Woo!
Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water
I've been switching between this and a cleansing oil over the last 3 years. I do like how well this takes off my makeup. The only annoying part is that you need makeup pads with it.
Nivea Double Effect Eye Makeup Remover
I solely use this for my waterproof mascara. It doesn't irritate my dry eyes and removes all of the waterproof mascara without tugging at the skin around the eyes.
Swisspers Large Cosmetic Ovals
I couldn't find the generic round pads instore so I had to settle for these. Quite pricey for the amount you get.
Palmolive Luminous Oils Shower Gel
This has a very light floral scent.
Gillette Venus Swirl Shaving Razor
I pretty much only use Gilette razors. I like this one as it has five blades and a little swivel bit around the head. Nothing exciting.
OGX Fade Defying + Orchis Oil Shampoo and Conditioner
Choosing a shampoo and conditioner took so long! I knew my hair didn't really like the usual 'drugstore' brands like Pantene, Tresemme etc, but it could have been due to the hard water in Cambridge. Anyways, the higher quality brands were quite expensive. I have forgotten about that! I haven't used this brand before and I don't really know what made me pick them up. Maybe it was just the pink colour? I wouldn't be surprised. I used them this morning and my hair isn't too bad. Still soft, smells clean and no tangles.
Colgate Optic White Enamel White Toothpaste
Needed a new toothpaste. I don't really see much difference between any that I choose.
Mitchum Clinical Gel Antiperspirant and Deodorant
Ok. I wish I had read the label on this before I bought it as when I used it this morning, it wasn't what I expected! I usually use the solid stick roll on version but this one is a weird gel formula which surprised me. Takes a tiny bit longer to dry but otherwise it seems to be doing the job.
Sooo, that's the haul! I realised I need a few more things so I will pop back to Priceline in the near future! I'm going to make a conscious effort to not buy too many products of a similar nature as I don't want to go through the process of getting rid of perfectly good things during moving!
