Trapeze | Front Balance


This move looks like you're effortlessly floating in the air. There's a lot of control happening here!

Legs together. Core and back engaged. Chest and head up.

And breathe.

I think I got this move relatively quickly when I first learnt it. I remember using the ropes to help me up to balance. 

Now, I've been practising getting into front balance from pike on the bar without hands!



What if I fall?

Oh but my darling. What if you fly?
