GRWM Night Out | My First YouTube Beauty Video

Hello lovelies! Did you know I've been writing this blog for just over 4 years?!?! That's crazy! It's funny looking back and seeing how I've changed and grown throughout my blog. Thank you to those who have stuck by me and welcome to all of the new readers! 

Last weekend, I went out dancing with some of my circus friends. It has been many a year since I've gone out and we were all so excited to get our groove on. I somehow decided that it would be a good idea to film myself do my makeup for the evening.

It was a bit of a process to set up. I had to move all my stuff upstairs to the bedroom where there was window to let in natural light. My little tripod wasn't playing nice holding up my camera so I ended up stacking a couple of boxes to create the right height. Of course, when I do anything new, my cats were extremely interested. During filming, they kept smelling the camera, knocking my makeup over, jumping on the table to look out the window and just being very curious. My camera decided to turn off part way through filming as well. I has no idea if I was even in shot or in focus during filming.

Fun times.

It took me two days to edit the footage in iMovie. I decided not to do a voiceover and went with some background music instead. I had lots of fun making this video! Hopefully I decide to do some more of these in the future!
