November Haulin

Tis almost the season! Christmas is fast approaching and I've started to brave the stores to look for some gift ideas. I haven't been shopping in a long time so naturally, I found some things for me!

On the weekend, my friend and I went to a place called Milton Keynes to do some shopping at a shopping centre. Cambridge is good for shopping but the crowds on the weekend can be horrifying.
The Disney Store was just so awesome! The little kid in me was so excited! Got myself a Cheshire Cat lounge top and was easily swayed to the Tigger mug at the register hahaha!
Ah, it's good to see a familiar name on the other side of the world! And T2 still has the most amazing tea sets and a crazy variety of teas. I picked this pretty light blue flask so I can have tea at work and I picked up some China Jasmine tea, a trusty favourite.
I always love a bookshop. We went into Waterstones so I can buy hubby the new Brandon Sanderson book. I'm pretty sure I already have The Oatmeal's How to tell if your cat is plotting to kill you somewhere back in Sydney. I don't even know why I picked it up hahaha. Then of course the buy one get one half price offer. I couldn't find anything else I wanted so the guy at the register recommended A Gentleman in Moscow. Probably not my genre of book but I'm always willing to give something new a try.
Here's a sneak pick of some presents!
I needed some replacement jeggings as my current ones have seen better days. New Look has some great new clothes out this season but I wasn't tempted just yet to get them. I bought the jeggings in dark blue and black. I also got a pair of sports leggings and mesh top that was on special in the activewear section.
A little while ago, I picked up a few makeup items from Superdrug. The Bronze & Sculpt Contour Kit by MUA Luxe. The bronzer shade is shimmery and not too pigmented. The contour shade is quite dark and pigmented so a light hand should be used. I picked up the Maybelline Gel Eyeliner in black and also the Tanya Burr Sweet Lip Cremes. The red shade is just gorgeous! The formula dries matte and it is comfortable to wear. The shade also applies with nice opacity. The plum shade on the other hand applies a bit patchy and doesn't layer very well.

Have you started you Christmas shopping?
