Birthday Goodies

June is my birthday month and was quite busy with extra-curricular activities. I did manage to fit in a few lunches and birthday dinners though! I love my food! I was spoilt with presents from friends and family and I've included some of those in this post!

I love to try and bake things haha. This Cupcakes recipe book has lots of helpful hints to improve my skills at baking. Quotable Cats is a lovely addition to my increasing cat book collection! And I really needed a compact mirror for my handbag so I don't have to use my phone to check my makeup!

How cute is this makeup bag from Forever New? I love the quilted pattern and the ears! I'm also a huge fan of statement necklaces and this crystal blue jewelled necklace sparkles so much. One can never have enough nail polishes and I got a couple of Sally Hansen glitter polishes and a buffing block. I was so excited when I got The Body Shop Shimmer Cubes as I haven't tried any makeup from the brand before. And to continue with the theme, it's sooooooo shimmery!

Tea and chocolates are another of my favourite things! I haven't tried English Breakfast from T2 before (actually I just had a cup this morning and it has an interesting flavour!).

Miss L got me is trio of amazing homemade gifts from the local florist. Omg, the scents just fill the room without evening opening them!

This present was on my wishlist. Hubby got me a meerkat experience at Symbio Zoo. After cats, meerkats are my next favourite animal. I go crazy over them! You know the compare the market ad? I love that ad! *simplez* I can't wait to go in  the holidays! I also received money from the parents and in-laws that will go towards my beauty and cat addictions. They are so generous!
