A Little Bit of Kitten Yoga

If you follow me on Instagram, you will know that last weekend I took part in some incredibly cute kitten yoga at Body Classique Heath, Fitness & Dance Centre. I could not contain my excitement and giggles throughout the session!

The yoga session was roughly about 45 minutes with time for refreshments and cupcakes afterwards. We ended up spending most of that time playing with the kittens and chatting to the lovely ladies from Furry Friends Forever Rescue. Money raised was donated to this amazing group and I think some of the kittens even got adopted! I would have loved to take home one...two...all of them!! I had such a fun time and I hope to go back for their next caturanga session later this year!
