What I've Been Loving Lately
Hello everyone! I hope you had a nice start of the week. I love reading what everyone has been loving every month but I can never remember what I use over a month. So this post will be a quick one on what I've been using a lot over the past couple of weeks.
I have a few moisturisers on rotation at the moment, I have one in the bathroom after a shower and a couple on my makeup table. I received the Sukin Facial Moisturiser as a gift with purchase a couple of months ago. Every product that I've used from this brand, I've enjoyed and this was no exception. This moisturiser is full of good ingredients and absorbs into the skin very easily. Also, it doesn't make my skin any more oily. I have to use another product for sun protection though.
Another moisturiser I've been loving is from Lush and it's their Sikkin Girls Body Cream. It smells divinely (but not too strong) of jasmine and a little cocoa. I love the butter feel of this cream so it's thicker than a regular lotion. Before this product, I forget to moisturise my body everyday but now I use this every morning and before I go to bed. I did find that it left an oily residue on the skin and it stayed that way for a few hours. So I only use it on my legs, which get so dry, so I don't mind it at all. I got this body cream in one of Lush's Christmas sets so I think it's part of their holiday collection.
This one is an oldie but a goodie that was picked up from a bargain bin (I'm not sure if I've featured this already somewhere). I remember loving Revlon's Beyond Natural line when it was released many years ago. This Blush & Bronzer duo in Peach has a really soft colour payoff which is good for me as I am not careful when it comes to cheek colour application. I like how I can use each side exclusively for different areas on the face, or swirl the shades together and slap it on the cheeks.
I cannot believe I didn't use this brush sooner! I bought it with the angle top kabuki and I just used the latter for a year to two. I finally got out the Sigma Round Top Kabuki brush to try and I haven't stopped using it since! I love how dense and soft the bristles are. It's only slightly rounded on the end which makes blending in foundation a breeze! I don't really like the super flat, straight across brushes. The only downside is that it's a pain to clean!
I forgot to include this one in my title photo until after put everything back. The Pure Oil of Marrakesh Oil Treatment was included in a hair care pack that I won from Sarah's HairJamm competition. I've only used two other hair oils prior to this one and I've loved both of those, I didn't think it could get any better. But it did. I was surprised how amazingly soft it left the ends of my hair. I would use two 10 cent sized amounts through the ends of wet hair and let it dry naturally. Mmmmmm amazing! I probably use more than the average person but I've got lots of hair! The ingredients don't look very good though. Oh well.
What have you been loving lately?

I havent been loving much as I've been going through so much shit with centrelink, telstra, school, and NDIS (I swear I could just yell at so many people right now. If you give me your email I'll happily tell you everything thats going on) But. I keep on applying Essie's Bahama Mama onto my nails. I am OBSESSED with it.
ReplyDeleteSo many things happening! I hope you don't worry too much though. That shade been a favourite for a lot of people I read.

It's really nice! I'm not sure how it compares to the RT ones though. They're probably cheaper.
