Christmas Goodies
Hello 2015! I've done a lot of sitting and tv watching over these past few days. I just found out that our pay tv package added some extra channels! Yay! Here's a quick on some of the things I got for Christmas. I love watching these on Youtube as thy can provide some great ideas for future presents for myself and others.
Of course, I'm not bragging or anything about what I got. I am so grateful that I get to spend the day with Daniel's family who celebrate it as I didn't get to experience it growing up.
At my work (school), some of the staff give little gifts to others. I belong to two groups so I baked them all some yummy caramel slice. From the lovely people I work with, I received some skincare products, decorations, food (I ate them already) and stationery. I also got a small gift from my previous job at the chemist, which was so lovely of them to do that as I hadn't worked there in six months! I work with some amazing, kind and generous people!
Now onto my families. My parents gave the usual lucky red envelopes to Daniel and I which is always nice. Daniel's aunt who had me for secret santa, knitted me the cutest top and gave me a cat sink liner which was something I've never seen before! Oh, and if you haven't guessed from this blog, I love cats so it is very common for me to receive cat related items heehee. Typical me. Some of them shown below were gifted from Daniel's parents. Daniel spoilt both of us with tickets to the Sydney Comedy Festival at the Sydney Opera House! So fancy! I also got lots of sweet treats which had to be consumed before I start my good eating regime again (haha) as well as some Christmas money.

ReplyDeleteThey are so great, I wasn't prepared for the mass gift giving last year so I had to be ready this year haha. I think it sticks to the bottom of the sink and helps the water drain out. I'm not sure if I will use it, maybe when I get a double sink?? =P But it looks cute though!

ReplyDeleteI also tend to get a lot of cat related gifts but also owl related gifts cause Im a huge owl nerd :D Our cat Kimi tend to get a lot of gifts too ;)
I got what I wanted this year.. I never really wish for things, I get what I get and my fiancé, family and friends knows me so well that they know what I like :)
