Saving My Ends

Hi everyone! I hope you are enjoying your day. I cannot believe it's October already!! I've got another hair post for you today.

Since I bleached the ends of my hair to the end of the universe in one sitting, I've been on the search for products that will revitalise it and make it less frizzy and dry. Thanks to Sarah from More Than Adored, I've been enjoying a hair oil that she recommended. When I went for a trim to rid myself of some serious split ends, I asked my hairdresser for a hair treatment or mask to condition my hair further. I've been loving this stuff ever since!

 

Keune is a company from Holland that is distributed to hair salons worldwide. I picked up Keune Vital Nutrition Leave-In Hair Repair for dry, porous and damaged hair. Yep, that sounds like the ends of my hair. From their website, they describe this product as "a rich leave-in concentrated conditioning cremè containing Liquide Keratin, Provitamin B5 and Vitamin E to nourish and restore the hair inside and out."

I use this product after I wash my hair and is slightly towel-dried. I squeeze a small amount of the product into my hand and run it through the ends of my hair. I then wrap up my hair in a towel for the product to soak in before I blowdry it. The product has a gel-like consistency and is not thick like regular hair masks and creams. It also smells really refreshing.

After I dry my hair, it is left very straight, soft and smooth (oh the illiteration) without any tangles. I can definitely feel the difference in my hair now that I'm incorporating this into my hair routine. You can also use this on dry hair but I use the Redken Argon Oil between washes instead which is also amazing!

I would recommend this product if you have dry, crunchy ends and would like to restore some softness back to them. Getting a trim will also make a difference to your hair too!
