NotD | White Marble (No Water)
Hello lovelies! Today I will share with you what I currently have on my nails. This is my second attempt at trying this specific nail art, not the actual technique. I want to perfect this look so I can wear it on my wedding day =) This look is inspired by Robin Moses Nail Art (video here) and I hope to get mine looking as nice as hers in the near future!
I started with two coats of Rimmel 60 Seconds in Princess Pink which is a pale lightly shimmery pink that is on the sheerer side. Once that has dried, I layered on a thick coat of Essence Gel-Look top coat. This isn't very good as a top coat nor does it give the polish a 'gel-like' effect. Then I placed small dots of W7 white on the edge side of the nails. Before the polish has a chance to dry, I used a fine brush to drag through the white dots to make a swirl pattern. I don't have much control in this department so some of my nails turned out a bit crazy and not nice and elegant like Robin's.
Anyways, this turned out much better than my first attempt many months ago so I'm happy with the result. I hope you like them!

Daily Katness
- Still packing.... The place is looking a bit bare =(
- Had a few errands to do today: get the windows fixed, call the plumber (who I haven't heard back from), fix card, arrange another dress appointment
- What shall I make for dinner tonight?
- Waiting for the photo guy to ring me to take photos of our place
- Should take the washing in

I love this nail look! I wish I was as talented as you when it came to my nails!
